You can create a SearchAgent by clicking "New property alert". at the top of the homepage. From there, you can set filters that match your housing criteria and receive email notifications whenever a home matching those criteria becomes available.

If you have an account, you can manage your SearchAgents directly from your profile. Go to the SearchAgent section, where you can create, edit, or delete your SearchAgents at any time.
You can create multiple SearchAgents to match different preferences and receive alerts for different types of listings.
